Today I began to learn the anatomy of the meal worms. My dad printed out a chart of the anatomy so I could memorize all the parts. I think the spine of the meal worm is pretty interesting because it has three little spikes on it.

Update on the Meal Worms
Today I began to learn the anatomy of the meal worms. My dad printed out a chart of the anatomy so I could memorize all the parts. I think the spine of the meal worm is pretty interesting because it has three little spikes on it.
Our First Bugs
On December 7, 2013, we purchased 100 meal worms from Noah's Ark Pet Store in Neosho, MO. We put one inch of oats in a storage box container, three squares of cardboard, and a couple of potato chunks. The worms began to eat oats immediately and potatoes within 20 minutes.
